Designed specifically for cheer tumblers, this 8-week gym-based pre-season program builds the power, speed, core control, and upper/lower body strength needed to level up your tumbling skills.
Each session is 30–45 minutes, with 4 workouts per week. The training follows 2-week progressions, gradually increasing intensity to help you improve explosiveness, technique, and stamina while preventing injury.
Leg power & plyometrics for stronger rebounds and takeoffs
Arm drive & shoulder strength to power round-offs, back handsprings, and tucks
Core & hip stability for tight shapes, body control, and safe landings
Posterior chain work (glutes, hamstrings, back) to protect joints and boost performance
Explosive conditioning to match the demands of tumbling passes
Every session ends with a tumble-specific drill and a cardio finisher — built to simulate real tumbling routines. These drills reinforce correct shapes, arm drive, snapdowns, and rebound technique, helping you carry strength work into actual skills.
